People are fascinating, whatever they look like. Some are more paintable than others, but only because they have a type of bone structure or shape that is easier to analyse and synthesise.
The street performer series below show a middle-aged man, apparently drunk (maybe acting drunk or drunker than he was) performing a clownish dance to the music from Oliver that was blasting out from Fenwick’s Christmas display windows on two different evenings. His performance was oddly fascinating and drew quite a crowd. I admired his ability to perform in the street in that way. He appeared to be free of the usual social conventions, to be uninhibited, and not to care much what people thought of him.
